Wilson Security Racing GRM driver James Moffat had a weekend of improvement at New Zealand's Pukekohe Park Raceway, after a tough Friday was converted into a top-ten on Sunday for the Volvo S60 driver.
Utilising the unique international format for the event with four 100km races without pit stops, qualifying proved to be critical as overtaking opportunities were at a premium.
The Saturday races saw Moffat work his way forward in both races after tough qualifying sessions, while on Sunday, improved starting positions resulted in a tenth place result in the finale.READ MORE

Wilson Security Racing GRM Volvo S60 driver James Moffat had a Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 to forget, with a tough weekend finished off with an engine failure and fire.
The result was Moffat's first ever failure to finish in the 1000, after six successive classified finishes with a best result of second in 2014.
The weekend started on the back foot for the number 34 Volvo, with Moffat's team mate James Golding hitting the wall at the top of the Mountain on Thursday.READ MORE

James Moffat's Wilson Security Sandown 500 was a short lived affair, after his co-driver James Golding suffered a first lap flat tyre, which sent the Wilson Security Racing GRM Volvo S60 into the wall at high speed and an early retirement.
Up until the main race, the weekend had been promising for Moffat, who continued to find his groove aboard the Volvo.
Eighth fastest in opening Friday practice was backed up by a strong drive in his qualifying race on Saturday, which saw Moffat improve to fourth at the chequered flag.READ MORE
